there and many unfortunately are not great for your overall health.
In this episode, I walk you through the process of starting the
popular Noom diet – including the types of questions you're asked
from the beginning, their traffic-light food system, and the
calorie amounts given. Some of the diet may be a little confusing,
at least to me; however, the biggest question is whether or not
Noom is in denial about their plan being an actual diet.
