The Keto diet may be one of the
most popular diets around–but that doesn’t mean you should be doing
it. In this episode I’m joined by Ilisa Nussbaum, MPH, RDN and the
Ketogenic Diet Clinic Coordinator at the Yale Comprehensive
Epilepsy Center. We discuss who the diet is actually intended for,
some of its dangerous side effects, and why choosing it for weight
loss is outright crazy.
