I’ll be honest–from the get-go,
I have been pretty negative about intermittent fasting, for many
reasons. In this episode, I’m joined by Amy Stephens, a registered
dietitian and certified specialist in sports nutrition. Amy and I
talk all about the different types of intermittent fasting, there
are many, who would and wouldn’t benefit from this diet, and how it
relates to athletic performance. Who knows, I might be slightly
changing my opinion.
