In this episode, I’m revisiting a
topic I covered waaay back in Episode 11: “How Does Beef Fit Into
Our Diet and a Healthy Planet”. To me, this topic is still
confusing since many experts seem to have differing opinions and
approaches. Enter registered dietitian extraordinaire Kate Geagan, the Co-Founder of Food and Planet.
Kate and I talk about how current food systems are not sustainable,
the environmental impacts of plant vs. animal diets, and is it even
possible to eat beef without feeling guilty about its impact on our
planet?
